About me:

​

My interest in health and fitness was prompted by an effort to improve confidence and to de-stress. However the number of benefits I found from my health journey inspired me to share my knowledge with others. I've been resistance training for 10 years and dabble in sports such as tennis, football and boxing.

​

Who I train:

​

I'm happy to work with anyone that is willing to put the work in, regardless of your level of experience. Ideally I like to work with people who want 1-2 sessions per week and will commit energy to exercising in their own time too.

​

Training types:

​

I tend to focus on functional resistance training and circuits as this has been shown to give the most bang for your buck when it comes to toning up, getting stronger and still has cardio benefits. I’ll always include exercises you’re curious about or love already.

My service:

​

I work closely with my clients to make sure they feel fully supported in their journey towards a better quality of life. I keep things positive, build peoples confidence over time and educate them for long term, sustainable results.

The first video shows a few example exercises in a 1-2-1 setting. The second video shows how a group session runs from start to finish. And the third shows some examples of exercises I use in the tennis classes.
