Group Training
Hybrid Coaching
Group Training consists of 4 people which is ideal for those who are energised by group atmospheres; whether you like the social or the competitive aspect. You'll get the benefits of personal training at a lower cost as well as programs outside of sessions. You will receive a free session before joining a group to access your movement and ability. Trial a month for just £59 then £119 thereafter - for ​2 sessions per week

Hybrid coaching offers 1 or more in-person sessions per month, allowing you to acquire essential techniques for safe training and occasional limit-testing. You'll gain the confidence to exercise independently which is important for long term fitness.
Using a fitness app, I will provide personalised workouts, assist with dietary tracking, and establish weekly habits and goals. Consistent check-ins and phone calls will ensure your accountability.

If you want my undivided attention and more accountability then this is the way forward. Your workouts will be more personalised to your individual goals and needs. I can spend more time improving your technique and making sure you get the most out of every exercise and session.
Training as a couple or with a friend can be a good way to push each other on and feel more motivated to see progress together.
