Small Group Training
Group Training consists of 4 people which is ideal for those who are energised by group atmospheres; whether you like the social or the competitive aspect. You'll get the benefits of personal training at a lower cost as well as programs outside of sessions. You will receive a free session before joining a group to access your movement and ability.

1-2-1 and Couples

If you want my undivided attention and more accountability then this is the way forward. Your workouts will be more personalised to your individual goals and needs. I can spend more time improving your technique and making sure you get the most out of every exercise and session.
Training as a couple or with a friend can be a good way to push each other on and feel more motivated to see progress together.

Tennis Strength Sessions
Similar to small group training but with the aim to increase your mobility, coordination, strength, speed, endurance in a sport specific way and help prevent injuries on the court. Try two taster sessions before you commit.
