We can all make improvements. Few of us are as happy as we could be. Most of us rely on crutches to get through the day, staying in our “comfort zones” — which often aren’t that comfortable at all.

Wellness coaching is about working together to help you become a happier, stronger version of yourself. You already have the answers; my role is to help you uncover them, gain clarity, find a deeper sense of purpose, and actually follow things through. No more putting off change.

These sessions focus on you as a whole — your habits, mindset, routines, stress levels, and overall wellbeing. We’ll build realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that genuinely stick, helping you feel more in control, more energised, and more confident in everyday life. You’ll have dedicated time to talk things through, set meaningful goals, and create a clear plan — with support and structure to keep moving forward, even when motivation dips.

I’m currently completing my ICF certification, so sessions are available at a special rate of £30.

8 private coaching calls focused on the behaviours you want to change and the decisions you want to make with greater clarity and confidence. A practical behaviour change framework to help you understand your patterns, build supportive habits, and create lasting change. Health and wellness challenges to support consistency, energy, and follow-through in everyday life. Learning resources to support growth across all areas of life, shared as needed so you’re not overwhelmed. Progress assessments to help you reflect, stay motivated, and see how far you’ve come. Weekly accountability check-ins to keep you supported and on track between sessions. Just £350 until I qualify as an ICF coach

The first step is simply a conversation. We’ll talk about your goals, your experience with exercise, any concerns you have, and what you’d like to change. From there, we’ll decide together whether 1-to-1 training, couples sessions, small group training, or life coaching is the best fit for you.
