About me
My interest in health and fitness was prompted by an effort to improve confidence and to de-stress. However the number of benefits I found from my health journey inspired me to share my knowledge with others.
My journey through behaviour change — including overcoming addictions and negative thought patterns — is what inspired me to become a wellness coach.​​​​

I work closely with my clients to make sure they feel fully supported in their journey towards a better quality of life. I keep things positive, build peoples confidence over time and educate them for long term, sustainable results.

Who I work with
Training:

I'm happy to work with anyone that is willing to put the work in, regardless of your level of experience.
Ideally I like to work with people who want 1-2 sessions per week and will commit energy to exercising in their own time too.
I mostly use resistance training and circuits in the gym, as well as padwork boxing for those willing to give it a go!

Coaching:

People who are willing to take an honest look at their life and behaviours, and decide they want to do better. Coaching isn’t limited to fitness — any area of your life can be explored.
