How Coaching calls work
A wellness coaching session is led by you and begins with choosing the topic you want to focus on, whether that is health, confidence, stress, relationships, work, fitness, or another area of wellbeing. Together, we explore what you would like to achieve and define a clear goal for the session. Through questioning and reflection, we identify practical ways to move towards that goal, while also exploring any limiting beliefs or obstacles that may get in your way. We then create realistic strategies to overcome these barriers and build confidence in taking action. To finish, we agree on next steps, along with accountability measures to help maintain progress, ensuring you leave with clarity and a plan you feel motivated by and committed to follow.
